Job Description:

• Assist in preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reports
• Assist in preparation of account reconciliations, journal entry files, and required documentation
• Support the planning process and compiling documentation for audit or other various requests
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training
• Provide project assistance
• Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy
• Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company
• Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities
• Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information
• Attend work on a regular basis and support the company's employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules
• Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company

Qualifications:

• Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in accounting
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with data exchange tools and concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective project management skills
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines
• Must be available to work April 2026- December 2026
• Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer background check and drug screen
