Advertising Operations Specialist I
Pay: $35-$37/hr/W2
Summary:
The main function of an advertising operations agent is to interact with businesses to provide solutions in response to the issues they encounter regarding using advanced features Ads products. An advertising operations specialist is responsible for understanding the issue, offering solutions, providing follow-up as needed, and identifying possible improvements to reduce future frictions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand the product offering, business problem, and technical solution, and be able to communicate them clearly
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Work directly with external clients and build trust to solve their challenges in adopting our product
• Develop clear and concise written reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record business information.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
