Support the General Manager in leading hotel operations to meet goals in Quality, Service, Profit, and Teamwork. Foster a positive work environment and deliver exceptional +1 Service to guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire hotel staff to uphold Drury’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Recruit, train, and support team members for success.
  • Assist in managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Promote guest satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to grow market share.
  • Step in as acting General Manager when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (hospitality or business); experience may substitute.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience; hotel background preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
