About Us

This opportunity is with one of our trusted real estate development clients. If your experience lines up, we’ll connect with you directly to share full details—including company name, leadership insights, and project scope—before presenting your resume. We may also have additional opportunities that aren’t publicly listed. Apply today so we can get to know you and find the right fit together.

Start Your Development Career on Solid Ground

Looking to build more than just buildings—ready to build a career in real estate development? As an Assistant Project Manager , you’ll support high-impact developments from initial concept to construction closeout, working closely with experienced development and construction leaders.

This is your chance to step inside the developer’s seat—learning how deals get done, how budgets are built, and how projects get off the ground. You’ll gain exposure to every stage of the process, with real opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role.

Why This Role Is a Smart Move

  • Inside Track : Learn how developments come to life—site selection, entitlement, precon, and vertical construction
  • Exciting Projects : Contribute to large-scale commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or multifamily projects
  • Mentorship & Growth : Work alongside experienced developers who are invested in your long-term success
  • Ownership Perspective : Understand projects from the owner’s side—not just construction execution
  • Career Mobility : Clear path to Project Manager and long-term growth in the real estate development field

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in managing construction timelines, budgets, and reporting for active development projects
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors
  • Support the entitlement, permitting, and design coordination processes
  • Track project documentation including RFIs, change orders, contracts, and pay apps
  • Attend site walks, OAC meetings, and help ensure project milestones are on track
  • Interface with internal finance, legal, and asset management teams to ensure project alignment

Who You Are

You’ve got the fundamentals—some experience or education in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate—and you’re ready to apply it where strategy meets execution. You’re organized, eager to learn, and excited to build your career in development from the ground up.

Let’s Build What’s Next—Together

If you're ready to get involved in projects from the ownership side and gain experience across the full development lifecycle, this could be the role that defines your next chapter.

Apply now and take your first step toward a long-term career in real estate development.
