The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) is the national medical society representing emergency medicine. Through continuing education, research, public education, and advocacy, ACEP advances emergency care on behalf of its 41,000 emergency physician members, and the more than 150 million Americans they treat on an annual basis.

This role is currently based in Irving, TX and is not open to remote applicants ; however, a hybrid schedule of in-office work and work-from-home is available upon approval by the manager.
The Associate General Counsel is responsible for assisting the General Counsel with legal affairs of the College, including but not limited to contract drafting, contract review, documentation and review of copyright matters, policy development, corporate governance, and legal training for ACEP staff.
