Longnecks Sports Grill in Newport, KY is looking for one bar manager to join our 57 person strong team. We are located on 1009 Town Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all areas of the bar including daily operations, ordering inventory, and cleanliness.
• Open and tend the bar a minimum of 4 days/week.
• Train and develop new bar team members.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints in a friendly manner
• Enforce policy, cleaning, and safety protocols for all bar staff.
• Ensure daily deposits are completed and correct.
• Maintain a fun and safe environment at the bar for both staff and guests!

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of bar equipment, beer, and cocktails.
• Knowledge of modern POS systems.
• Experience in a bar position required, experience in management a plus!
