About the Role

The Business Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and drive process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster collaboration, manage change, and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate activities within assigned business operations areas
• Supervise, delegate, and evaluate staff performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements
• Facilitate department meetings and coordinate special projects
• Promote quality service through effective workflow and process management
• Hire, train, counsel, and manage staff performance
• Communicate goals, priorities, and expectations clearly to team members

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 4 years of directly related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment, cashiering, or business office roles
• Strong knowledge of business operations and organizational practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team building

Preferred:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in project management or team leadership
