Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - San Diego

This top insurance agency, with over three decades of success, is growing its team and seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager. The agency is renowned for its commitment to exceptional client service and fostering a supportive environment that recognizes and rewards hard work.

The Fun Stuff:

• $80,000 - $115,000 annual salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities
• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan
• Following the initial training period, a hybrid work schedule will be implemented, offering a blend of in-office and remote work
• Educational assistance, community involvement, and company events

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Property & Casualty insurance license
• 5+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management,
• Proficiency in EPIC and experience with mid-size accounts preferred
• In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

The Position:

• Manage a mid-size book of business composed of real estate, commercial, residential, and construction accounts
• Maintain consistent direct contact with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
• Consult with clients to determine their coverage options and recommend the most suitable solutions
• Actively market new and renewal business opportunities
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers
• Conduct initial reviews of policies and prepare comprehensive coverage breakdowns
• Respond promptly to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
• Assist in gathering renewal exposure information in collaboration with the producer
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
