This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced company at an inflection point, scaling from small business operations to enterprise-level sophistication.
This is the first compensation-focused hire, reporting directly to a seasoned Total Rewards leader who has scaled compensation and benefits functions in complex global environments. The role will start remote and transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office) at a new Cleveland office alongside executive leadership.
