Job Description

• Supervise the work of subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage manpower on a daily basis.
• Monitor and track scheduled tasks, including critical path and look ahead planning.
• Coordinate labor and materials ahead of time.
• Request and handle inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
• Follow layout and plans, ensuring control over the project.
• Maintain safety compliance and job site regulations according to OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in high-end construction.
• Proficiency in Procore software.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
