Job Summary

The Corporate Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office environment. This role is responsible for front desk management, visitor coordination, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.
  • Manage visitor access, security sign-ins, and temporary badges.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate conference room reservations and assist with meeting setup.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, correspondence, and filing.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing materials and coordinating workspace setup.
  • Support staff and management with special projects or assignments as requested.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
  • This is a uniformed position and will require the receptionist to carry a firearm during work hours (we can help sponsor this permit).
  • Active Guard Card

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
  • Prior experience supporting a corporate office environment preferred.
