A leading and expanding home-improvement brand on the West Coast is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Coordinator for Home Reno Projects to begin immediately!

Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Based on performance, you may earn the privilege to work remotely after 90 days. After training, the shift to start is Saturday + Sunday with two weekdays off in a row. [Schedules change based on job performance: revenue, efficiency, and the number of calls handled.] The Support Call Center in Woodinville, WA is open 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Pay rate: $22/hr during training period; $20/hr + Commissions after training completed.

Estimated Total Pay: $45 - $90K per year. – pay rate info is based on #’s taken from the average of current CSR’s this past year.

The Gig:

  • You'll work with homeowners who are already excited about improving their homes with this brand. These are warm leads—you seal the deal, highlight the top-tier service, and lock in their appointment.
  • Be sure to capture detailed notes in the CRM while keeping the conversation flowing so that all important information is captured.

What this position needs:

  • 2 + years of previous Customer Service skills (phone or in-person)
  • Sales experience is a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy helping others - customers and fellow team members [It's a friendly environment around here!]
  • High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment. [Heading into a busy season...]
  • Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases
  • Must have the ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data [You'll be taking notes for the customer files]
  • Excellent attendance is mandatory
