Job Description

The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department and all public/common areas promoting an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with Five Stars standard of service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a luxury hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and 3 or more years of related luxury experience.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
