Job Description

A fast-growing consumer packaged goods company in the beverage industry ($5–10M in revenue) is seeking an Interim E-Commerce Manager professional to provide immediate support during a short-term coverage need. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong Shopify expertise and experience working across multiple e-commerce platforms. The Analyst will play a key role in managing online retail channels, overseeing consumer care operations, and ensuring the business continues to run smoothly during the engagement.

Duration: 1–2 months (contract)

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) in Clearwater, FL. Must be in FL now or within 2-3 days

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations & Analysis

• Manage and monitor the company’s independent retail channels, with a focus on Amazon, Walmart, and Faire, ensuring listings are optimized, accurate, and compliant with platform standards.
• Own the setup process for new product launches across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart, verifying that product detail pages (PDPs) include complete, accurate, and compelling content.
• Continuously update and refine PDPs with correct descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing to improve visibility and drive sales performance.
• Track platform performance metrics, troubleshoot listing or order issues, and prepare insights that highlight opportunities for channel growth or efficiency improvements.
• Act as a subject matter resource for e-commerce processes, collaborating with internal teams on launches, promotions, and online customer experience improvements.

Consumer Care Oversight & Reporting

• Serve as the U.S.-based point of contact for the offshore consumer care team, ensuring alignment on daily priorities and escalation management.
• Partner with the team lead in India, who manages 8 consumer care agents, to monitor service quality, adherence to SLAs, and consumer feedback trends.
• Review reports and KPIs to assess team performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend adjustments to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide oversight on escalated cases, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver insights back to leadership on consumer care trends, recurring challenges, and potential process enhancements.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on Shopify experience (required).
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon and Walmart seller platforms; exposure to Faire is a plus.
• Experience balancing both e-commerce channel management and customer service operations.
• Ability to step into a fast-paced environment and quickly take ownership of responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Previous experience working with offshore or outsourced teams is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
