This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Trout National - The Reserve, located in Millville, NJ. The Executive Sous Chef will assist in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene, assisting with inventory and supply management, and supporting menu development. The Executive Sous Chef will also collaborate with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.
