Red Beard Solutions is looking for a Mid-Level GEOINT Instructor to support advanced training operations for military intelligence professionals. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the future of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) capabilities through expert instruction and scenario-driven learning.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction and hands-on training in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) to military personnel and teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise across a range of GEOINT modalities, including:
• Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG)
• Full Motion Video (FMV)
• Forensic Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI)
• LiDAR
• GEOINT Analysis
• Support instructional development through realistic scenario creation and technical assistance.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in multiple GEOINT disciplines listed above.
• Solid understanding of the GEOINT enterprise and NGA workflows.
• Current National Guard, Reservist, or Military Retiree status.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) an active DoD security clearance.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or an equivalent IC instructor program (e.g., NGA College, NSA ADET).
• Strong collaborative skills in team-based environments.
• Self-starter with a proactive and innovative approach to instruction.
• Effective written and verbal communicator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
