We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Fostoria, Ohio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing key human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively across various HR areas, including employee relations, onboarding, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive work environment.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
• Administer benefits programs, providing guidance to employees and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Utilize HRIS systems, including Oracle, to maintain accurate records and streamline HR operations.
• Process payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with management on HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote employee development and compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and systems.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources roles.
• Proficiency in HR administration, including employee relations and onboarding.
• Knowledge of benefits management and payroll processing for medium-sized organizations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly Oracle.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
