ONSITE Lead GenAI Full Stack Data Software Engineer in Winter Park FL area

***MUST have a U.S. Citizenship***

Delivers next generation AI data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for the ACS turnkey program.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Design and implement a scalable platform that enables advanced analytics and AI driven development acceleration.

2. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all platform domains, incorporating archival, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.

3. Define and publish robust APIs that expose data and services to front end clients and third party consumers.

4. Develop responsive UI components using a modern React framework (e.g., Next.js, Shadcn UI Kit ) to deliver dashboards, visualizations, and interactive data views.

5. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automated testing, linting, and deployment to both cloud based and air gapped environments.

6. Integrate third party services such as email/SMS notifications, and learning management standards ( SCORM, xAPI, CMI5).

7. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end to end tests to protect against regressions and maintain high code quality.

8. Document APIs, data models, and deployment procedures clearly to facilitate cross team collaboration.

9. Leverage AI (e.g., Claude, other LLMs) as a core development assistant to accelerate coding, refactoring, test generation, and design validation.

MUST HAVE Basic Qualifications (BQs) – Minimum Requirements (select 3 5)

MSCS/BSCS or related 4-year degree

Experience (e.g. Aerospace Engineering with experience in software development).

Experience ≥ 6 years delivering full stack software solutions on complex, Generative AI (GenAI) AI-based data intensive programs.

AI Assisted Development Demonstrated use of LLMs (Claude preferred) to accelerate software creation and improve code quality.

Version Control & CI/CD Experience with version control software, preferably GitLab (repos, merge requests, pipelines).

Software Fundamentals Strong grasp of design patterns, automated testing, continuous integration, and code quality practices.

Data Technologies Familiarity with relational databases, messaging services, REST APIs, and object storage.

UI/UX Design Ability to design and implement responsive user interfaces and dashboards.

Desired Skills (Nice to Have)

10. Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban) and participation in cross functional Agile teams.

11. Advanced DevOps toolset knowledge (Ansible, Nexus, GitLab Runner, Harbor).

12. Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, Shadcn UI Kit, and modern front end ecosystems.

13. Experience with Apache Superset/Trino for cross platform data querying and analytics.

14. Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

15. Prior exposure to Turnkey training or learning architectures.

16. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud/air gapped deployment models

17. Experience with integrating email/SMS notifications

18. Experience with learning management standards (SCORM, xAPI, CMI5).

Emphasis on Vision & AI Driven Design

While specific language level skills are valuable, the most critical success factors are:

19. Domain expertise in building end to end full stack solutions that address data flow, security, archival, and disaster recovery concerns.

20. Strategic vision to design platforms that enable AI augmented development, ensuring that the solution remains adaptable as AI capabilities evolve.

21. Ability to leverage AI tools (Claude, generative code assistants) to enhance productivity, code quality, and architectural validation, reducing reliance on niche technical specialties.
