International Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst)

Location: Bergen County, New Jersey

A leading and rapidly growing manufacturer in Bergen County is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst/International Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our global supply chain. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods for our international customers, while maintaining cost efficiency and high standards of service.

About the Role:

As the International Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the international shipping process—from coordinating with overseas factories to ensuring successful customs clearance and final delivery. You will be instrumental in supporting the global logistics operations and maintaining supply chain integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate container loading and shipping schedules with international factories
  • Collaborate with customs brokers and carriers to ensure successful transfer and delivery of goods
  • Evaluate and select appropriate shipping methods and assign carriers
  • Prepare and manage import documentation for international shipments
  • Track and monitor shipments; proactively address any delays or logistics issues
  • Support supply chain initiatives and assist with additional logistics projects as needed
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (especially in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics)
  • 1–2 years of experience in international logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination preferred
  • Familiarity with U.S. customs procedures and import/export documentation
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
