Role Description
The Agent Team Lead will take a central leadership role within the Michelle Maldonado Team, overseeing client management, buyer and seller representation, marketing strategy, team sales goals, and budget management. This role requires a skilled collaborator who leads with trust, respect, and a focus on teamwork, ensuring that every member of the team operates cohesively to achieve shared goals.
As a leader, the Agent Team Lead will guide the team’s direction while partnering closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies and lead our Salesperson to deliver exceptional client service. While in charge of the team’s operations, the Agent Team Lead will foster a collaborative environment where everyone’s expertise and contributions are valued.
Reporting directly to Michelle Maldonado, the Agent Team Lead will set the tone for success by balancing accountability with support, encouraging shared responsibility, and driving growth in the $2M+ market through thoughtful leadership and partnership.
