• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience coordinating sports activations, corporate events, or luxury brand experiences preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident and polished client presence.

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with event management tools a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Background in hospitality, concierge services, or high-end retail/fashion environments.

• Experience managing external vendors and event agencies.

• Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and maintain composure under pressure.

• Professional discretion and an understanding of how to represent the brand appropriately in various environments.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, visible client environment.
