Job Description

We are partnered with a Top 25 General Contractor delivering high-profile hyperscale and colocation projects nationwide. They are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join their Dallas team, taking ownership of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across large-scale data center builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP design coordination, submittals, and shop drawings
• Oversee procurement, budgets, and subcontractor scopes for MEP trades
• Lead BIM coordination and resolve clashes with design/field teams
• Monitor installation quality, code compliance, and commissioning readiness
• Work with project managers and superintendents to maintain schedules and budgets
• Provide technical leadership and solutions to field challenges
• Ensure safety and QA/QC standards are consistently met

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MEP management or project engineering roles
• Strong background in mission-critical or large, technically complex projects; data center experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Strong technical coordination and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Based in Dallas or open to regional travel
