Get Ready Kids Occupational Therapy, P.C. is a pediatric therapy practice and sensory gym located in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY. We provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children across the five boroughs of New York City in school, clinic, and home settings.

Our licensed occupational therapists specialize in sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, handwriting skills, self-regulation, and functional daily living skills. Through play-based, evidence-driven interventions, we empower children to build confidence, independence, and readiness for success at home and school.

We collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives individualized, compassionate, and goal-oriented care.

Role Description

This is a fee-for-service position for a licensed Occupational Therapist (W-2 or 1099). The role involves providing direct therapy services in DOE schools across the five boroughs of NYC, with occasional clinic-based sessions in Queens.

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat students, develop individualized treatment plans, complete documentation and session notes (with paid time included), and collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support each child’s progress.

This is primarily an on-site role, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for caseload growth as the program expands.

Opportunities
  • W-2 Employment: $70/hr per billable session, with paid time for documentation
  • 1099 Contracting: $75–$90/hr depending on caseload volume

Compensation & Benefits (W-2)
  • $70.00 per billable session hour

  • Initial workload: approximately 31 hours/week of fee-for-service sessions
