Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide product and service information to assist customers
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Office Assistant preferred
• experience with accounting functions such as Payroll
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
