This opportunity is within ATS Logistics, Inc. the Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, establishing strategies and implementing plans to increase dept productivity while producing quality service. Focus will be on leadership of an assigned area to guide towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth consistent with company vision and values. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
