Full-time, hybrid temp-to-hire role supporting CPG packaging initiatives. Leads packaging development for product launches, line extensions, size variations, and cost optimization. Collaborates with Marketing, R&D, Suppliers, and Quality to deliver compliant, manufacturable, and innovative packaging solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Packaging Development (CPG, Snacks) for new launches, in & outs, and improvements
• Packaging Specifications Management – create, review, validate, and maintain specs
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Food Safety & Quality, Vendors
• Project Execution & Documentation using RDSS, Optiva, TOPS, ConnectedITQer, Eclips
• Manufacturing Feasibility & Regulatory Compliance checks
• Data Management, Change Control, Continuous Improvement
• Manage multiple timelines with agility, problem-solving & attention to detail
Qualifications:
• HS + 5+ yrs or Associate + 3+ yrs in Packaging Development/Product Launches
• Experience across multiple product platforms & materials
• Strong organizational, communication & collaboration skills
• Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: 5–7 yrs experience; multi-business support experience
