We’re seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of injured individuals while working alongside a seasoned legal team committed to helping accident victims navigate their recovery process.

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be the first legal point of contact for potential clients. You will guide them through the early stages of their claim, working closely with clients, insurance companies, and our in-house team to build strong cases and secure favorable settlements. This role requires a high degree of empathy, strong legal acumen, and the ability to negotiate strategically.

 

NOTE: This position is intended for pre-litigation and does not involve trial work.

Compensation- $125,000 - $150,000 yearly. Compensation features a base salary plus commission for settled cases. The listed salary range is inclusive of bonuses, which can be substantial and may exceed the posted salary range.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and compassionate consultations with prospective clients to evaluate the merits of personal injury claims.
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and active listening throughout the client relationship to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to assess liability, quantify damages, and develop case-specific strategies tailored to maximize value for the client.
  • Draft compelling demand letters, manage communications with insurance adjusters, and negotiate settlements that align with clients’ best interests.
  • Maintain organized and detailed case files, track deadlines, and ensure all legal documentation is timely and accurate.
  • Provide clear, timely, and compassionate communication to clients regarding the status and progress of their cases.
  • Negotiate effectively with insurance companies and draft demand letters to secure optimal settlements for clients.
  • Mentor and supervise support staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment. Embracing technologies like AI, we seek adaptable, learning-driven attorneys.

  • Compensation features a base salary plus commission for settled cases. The base salary listed on this posting is inclusive of bonuses. These bonuses can be substantial and may result in compensation exceeding the range listed.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado or committed to obtaining Colorado licensure promptly.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine, empathetic, client-centered approach.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to adapt to technological advances in the legal field, including proficiency or willingness to become proficient with AI-driven tools and modern case management software.
  • Professional demeanor, approachable personality, and ability to fit well within a supportive team culture.
