Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams through estimating, scheduling, and GMP negotiations
• Develop pursuit strategies and oversee proposal development
• Analyze bid documents, assess risks, and recommend alternatives
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, engineers, and owners
• Prepare and review bid packages and subcontractor comparisons
• Coordinate with project leadership on final bid submissions
• Conduct project turnover meetings and lessons-learned reviews
• Support client presentations and proposal pitches
• Represent the company at industry and community events
• May assist with APM duties on local projects

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience (or 5 years with a degree)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in preconstruction and collaborative delivery projects
• Proficiency in estimating and scheduling software
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Word, Excel, CMiC, Primavera, HCSS, Timberline, WGIP
• Willingness to travel for regional bids and meetings
