Process Improvement Principal
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Process Improvement Principal to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing both strategic and tactical initiatives to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and DMAIC, project management expertise, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling business cases. Just as importantly, they will demonstrate a proven ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution , delivering measurable results and sustainable improvements. Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint for effective communication and stakeholder engagement is also essential.
