Project Manager

Redwood City, CA- Hybrid needs to be onsite as needed

12 Month Contract

$55- $77 an hour

Project Manager will manage cross-functional project team. Develop and maintain project plan and ensure project milestones and tasks are completed on budget and on schedule. Manage risks and issues log. Project Manager will organize the teams to comply with CalAIM initiative that will impact clinical systems (i.e. Epic). The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the CalAIM Project within CHS. Duties include developing the Project Charter, creating and maintaining a detailed Project Plan, and actively managing the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). Will also facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear and timely project status updates, and ensure deliverables align with quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, effective communication with internal and external partners, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities while keeping the project on track. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting is essential.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments
• Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required)
• Experience with the CalAIM initiative
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in roles involving requirements gathering and workflow documentation
• Must be located in California, with a strong preference for candidates in the Bay Area.
• Must also be able to pass a background check
