Project Manager, Strategic Transformation (Supply Chain)

What You'll Do

• Lead Projects: Manage supply chain projects focused on innovative business technology solutions and world-class technical infrastructure. You'll be accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Drive Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives. This includes conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions to optimize our supply chain operations.
• Analyze and Optimize: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our strategies, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. Your excellent communication skills will be key in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share findings, and facilitate decision-making.

What You'll Bring

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Six Sigma .
• Expertise in Jira is a must. You should be able to navigate the platform and demonstrate how you've leveraged it to rapidly turn around projects.
• Advanced Excel skills , including creating project plans, using pivot tables, and analyzing data.
• The ability to identify, prioritize, and react quickly to complex scenarios.
• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to look across a program to see the larger needs while still creating and managing detailed project plans.
