Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and creating a positive experience for all who enter our office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols for visitor access.

Job Requirements for Receptionist

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures

Compensation details: 30-35 Hourly Wage
