Requirements:

• AAS Science / Engineering (or equivalent) & R&D labs experience; or 3+ years in food processing
• Computer proficiency required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Knowledgeable of GMPS and lab safety

Description:

• Operate and maintain hammer milling and extrusion equipment (Cheetos Crunchy & Puffs).
• Support product developers in preparing ingredients and executing lab-scale tests.
• Perform key particle characterization (size, moisture, density, etc.).
• Coordinate and manage lab resources, materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure GMP, sanitation, allergen, and safety compliance in labs.
• Assist with baking, frying, seasoning, packaging, and product sampling.
• Handle sample submissions (WinLIMS, Delta), shipping (local/international), and documentation.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and lab finances.
• Contribute to process improvement (WCL), team training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Up to 25% travel to support trials and development activities.
