Job Summary:
Bring your expertise in property operations, financial management, and tenant relations to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role is ideal for an experienced property manager ready to take on more strategic responsibilities and develop toward a Director of Property Management position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and execute asset management plans that align with ownership goals and enhance property value.
• Oversee lease administration, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Monitor capital projects and tenant improvements, maintaining the highest standards of property maintenance and presentation.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective, quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership, providing strategic insights and analytical support for portfolio decisions.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management (office, industrial, or retail; not multifamily).
• Proven track record of managing budgets, tenant relations, and vendor performance.
• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in property management software and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
