Job Description

We are seeking seasoned Estimators or Senior Estimators to oversee and execute comprehensive estimating services for large-scale, complex heavy civil construction projects across Houston.

These roles involve managing the full lifecycle of bid and proposal development. The Estimator or Senior Estimator will also engage in value engineering, scheduling, client presentations, and final negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical education/experience.
• At least 5-15 years of experience in estimating, cost control, or construction engineering.
• Proven ability to estimate a wide variety of project types and lead team-based efforts.
• Skilled in preparing complex proposals independently and managing profit/loss outcomes.
• Specialized knowledge in heavy civil/foundation demolition, excavation, support of excavation (SOE), drilling, concrete, utilities, TXDOT, and municipal infrastructure projects.

• Microsoft Office Suite
• HCSS (Heavy Bid/Heavy Job)
• Scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project)
• Viewpoint (PM, SL, PO modules)
• Salesforce
• Strong technical and proposal writing skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and mobile devices
• OSHA Training Certification
