Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Software Developer to join their team! This position is located in Hopkins, Minnesota.

Duties:

  • Provide daily support and administration of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, including configuration, scripting, integrations, and system maintenance
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for various ITSM modules
  • Design, develop, and execute system testing procedures to ensure quality and functionality of ITSM tool configurations
  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures, system configurations, and knowledge transfer
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to IT operations
  • Develop custom workflows, JavaScript routines, and system configurations to meet specific business needs
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with management and stakeholders regarding system performance, issues, and project status
  • Coordinate with offshore or remote teams to ensure consistent updates and support coverage

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related IT field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js
  • 2+ years of experience working with TypeScript
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
  • 2+ years of experience developing with React.js
  • Experience in web development using JavaScript, XML, and HTML
  • Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $44.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
