Project Superintendent

We’re actively interviewing for a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on high-impact construction projects across Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with ground-up experience in sectors such as K–12 education, healthcare, government, hospitality, and sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedule and quality benchmarks
• Conduct pre-installation meetings and manage daily jobsite operations
• Identify and resolve conflicts in contract documents and field conditions
• Act as the on-site lead for safety and quality control
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and leadership to support successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent on ground-up institutional or commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction practices, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all levels
• Experience in K–12 education construction is strongly preferred; healthcare and government project experience is a plus
