Position Summary

As an Interventional Technologist , you’ll be responsible for producing optimal diagnostic images and assisting physicians in a wide range of interventional procedures. You’ll ensure each patient receives safe, individualized care while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards within our Diagnostic Interventional Department.

This role combines advanced technical skill, critical thinking, and teamwork — making it ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventional exams under the direction of an Interventional Radiologist, Vascular Surgeon, or Interventional Cardiologist.
  • Prepare, position, and monitor patients during procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Set up and maintain sterile fields and assist as first scrub or circulator as needed.
  • Operate complex imaging equipment and related systems to produce accurate, high-quality images.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to deliver timely, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Support department quality initiatives, documentation, and inventory management.
  • Participate in call rotation and assist across modalities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an AMA-approved hospital-based program; or RCIS credential.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Current ARRT (R) certification or RCIS required.
  • State of Nevada Radiation Control Program License required.
  • BLS certification (AHA) required at hire.
  • ACLS and Intro to ECG Interpretation required within 6 months of hire for our cath lab departments.

Experience: No prior experience required — we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to complete documentation, online learning, and system navigation.
