We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our Litigation department, which specializes in filing and preparing necessary documents for ad valorem tax suits. This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal is responsible for managing dockets for multiple district courts, handling substantial caseload of approximately 1,000 cases. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and attending virtual and in-person docket proceedings with attorneys when necessary. They will also collaborate closely with clients, courts, and team members to ensure smooth case management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and is eager to take on challenges. While previous legal experience is a plus, it is not required.
